Notice Concerning All September 1st Move-Ins
Keys and move-in packages may be picked up from our office between 1:00pm and 3:00pm on September 1st.
Keys will not be available for pick up before 1:00 PM
Our office will close promptly at 3:00pm on September 1st and will not re-open until 10:00am the following business day. If you have not made arrangements to pick up your keys by 3:00pm on September 1st you will not be able to access your apartment until the following business day.
Our inspectors will have scheduled general cleaning, painting and carpet cleaning/replacement by the time you have picked up your apartment keys. Our maintenance crews, cleaners, painters, steam cleaners and carpet replacement vendors will be working all day September 1st and will likely need to visit your new apartment periodically throughout the first few weeks following your move-in. Emergency maintenance items will be completed first followed by routine maintenance items. Please be patient, this is the busiest time of year for our maintenance department. We will do our best to address all of your needs in a timely fashion.
Again, please follow the instructions found in your move-in package with respect to submitting maintenance requests and placing the apartment’s utility bills in your name.
